While somewhat expensive, these quick melt multi vites provide the best overall assortment of needed supplements that actually get absorbed well. I started giving these to my 80 year old sister. After 3 months taking these, her doctors were happy at her blood work being so good. Of course, I try to provide a good diet for her, and give her a chewable D3/K2 as well. She is on prescriptions for her issues, so we have to be careful when else she takes. The dosage on these multi's are all just 100% of DVR, no more than needed. It also includes Iron, which she needs. I take them too. They melt quickly and the taste is ok. Wish they were cheaper, but they are worth it.

This is a great multivitamin. I love that it doesn't have overwhelming levels of individual vitamins, most at 100% RDA. They dissolve easily and taste good, despite containing iron. Highly recommended.

I started these multivitamins to prevent malnutrition and they’ve done the job. Worth the value and they taste good and dissolve quickly.

I love sublingual tablets. And these multis taste great. Easy to take. I can't speak about sleep quality, effectiveness, or if my mood has improved. I don't feel any different. These give me heartburn. Weird, huh? Yeah, thought so, too. This and another brand sublingual B12 vitamins are the two supplements I take, so I stopped taking both and re-introduced them one at a time to see which one was doing that. And it's these multis. I'm so sad. Anyway, it's worth a try and the price is right, too.

The best vitamin product I've found after searching and searching and searching! My husband had esophagectomy after chemo and radiation and had a more difficult time swallowing. He is also picky when it comes to flavors and cannot tolerate very strong flavors. Tried all kinds of Ensure (Clear, Plus, etc.)-all to no avail-those flavors were not acceptable for them and the volume was too high for him to take in, even though they do provide vitamins. So, I was looking for something that is easy to take in, has a tolerable flavor, is a concentrated form that has low volume and delivers the needed daily doses per National Institute of Health recommendations (i.e., something that does NOT give astronomically unnecessary vitamin contents, tens or hundreds of times above the recommended dietary allowance/RDA per day like so many vitamins on the market do!). I've also verified the RDAs and confirmed they accurately do not gie excess vitamin doses but just the right recommended daily dose. Due to the low food intake, limited flavor options, and harder time swallowing, this mild flavor option with its quick dissolve form is phenomenal! DO NOT LOOK FURTHER AND JUST BUY IT! You will be grateful you did! God bless the people who developed this product. It's truly a life saver and am so grateful to have discovered it!!!!!!!! One of the best things I've bought in years!

The EZ Melts Multivitamin + Iron - Daily Multivitamin for Women & Men is a very easy multivitamin to take, especially if you can't swallow a normal multivitamin. It dissolves very easy & quickly on my tongue. A very good value for the money. Been taking it for a couple of years now, with no ill effects from it

I have been taking these only for a few days, but I am very impressed. I bought them for my teenage son and I always try anything before my children to see how it feels or tastes I dont get the reviews about the flavor, it is fine, not sweet like candy, but this is not candy, and not horrid like chlorella. I have no problems taking these neither my picky son. Second they do dissolve fast. I am taking only one at the moment and since the 1st day I felt full of energy and very motivated and happy. I do take vitamins, I was taking b12 and d3 and omega 3 since I’m vegetarian but since I started these I stop the b12 and d3 because this one already has them. I’m super happy, also I had no problems with the bathroom business. And lastly my only down it’s the little burps I get after taking it for an hour or so, but I take them with hardly any breakfast, my son hasn’t notice any little burps. The burps taste like nuts, if you have been to Trader Joe’s they taste like sesame crunch sticks to be precise. So I’m very happy I hope they keep up. I think my daughter will start taking them when she turns 13.

Has folate instead of folic acid which is great :)
