Standard med kit that is good for basic treatment. Inexpensive. The shears would work, but not a high quality. Also had to add stuff for bug bites and allergic reactions, plus an ace wrap. Great for camper. And easy to store.

Very well put together first aid kit, covers all the basics and still has room to add some items. Definitely a must have for those back country trips.

Perfect starrer first aid kit for the car

Pretty great first aid kit, all that was missing were some pain pills, but great use of the space!

This is the best deal I have found in a long time. I was actually looking for a 1st aid refill kit and found this for a better price. It is jam packed with goodies and it actually is more complete and contained too many items to fit in my previous kit! My only suggestion to the vendor would be to include an easily observable list of contents in the kit.

I can recommend this kit to anyone looking for a modestly priced first aid kit for home or car, and intend to buy a second one (for my husband's car). The case was reasonably sturdy, and I liked the reflective tape (easy to find in an emergency). It was also well-stocked, with enough room to add more items (a big plus). I added to it: an American Red Cross First Aid booklet, quick-clot bandanges, a cord you could use for a tourniquet, aspirin, ibuprofin, and benadryl. Had to send away for the American Red Cross First Aid booklet, since what the kit had was inadequate -- I'd like them add the book in the future. I then drew up an alphabetical list of what the kit contained, and in which pocket, and when it should be replaced, and attached that to the outside of the kit for quick reference in an emergency. I slipped into each pocket an alpha list of what was in that pocket -- again, for quick reference in an emergency. I also listed each item in the kit (in alpha order), along with which pocket the item was in (and the expiration date of the item) and rubber-banded it to the outside of the kit. If someone's stopped breathing or bleeding out, you don't want to have to upend the entire kit to find what a CPR mask, gloves or wound gauze. Likewise, you need to know when to rotate or replace items. I also slipped into each pocket of the kit an inventory of what was in the pocket (listed alphabetically), then put the entire kit into a backpack, since it's going into my car and I want to be able to find it quickly (instead of losing the kit amongst the junk in my trunk).

Best bang for your buck! 309 pieces in a very small little zipper pack first aid kit. I bought this for my son for his mission. It’s small to fit in his suitcase perfect for him and he has used it a mini of times, and it has everything he needs from scissors to Band-Aids to gauze Tapes ibuprofens, you name it to get you even to the hospital. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I have this in my own home and been nursing for 25 years. Highly recommend it.

This is a great first aid kit containing many items that you never know you’ll need until you need them. I always have a first aid kit at home and in the car. I learnt to do this through my work, it was a compulsory part of the job. It’s money well spent and thank God if you never have to use some of the items in this case.

We didn’t have a first aid kit at home, and when I saw this randomly pop up whilst searching Amazon for bandages, I thought it was a good idea to get one. I ordered this on Easter Saturday, and it was delivered the following Tuesday. They say all good things come in small packages, and in this case, that is true. This kit is very compact, which makes it ideal for travelling, or keeping in the car. I am impressed by the quality of the bag, which is made from a strong canvas type material. It is a bright red colour, so it stands out wherever it is. It has two carry handles and will travel well if you take it on a hike or picnic. You never know when you might need it, especially on outdoor trips with the family. This kit also has a light reflection strip, which makes it easy to see at nighttime. I also like that the case material is water resistant. Indoors, mine hangs up in my man cave, where it is quickly accessible from any room in the house. I will be buying another one for the car. It has 309 pieces inside, which must have taken quite a while to design in. There are 75 plasters and 40 cotton buds, plus a huge selection of other useful items. There are several bandages in the kit, and I have added a larger crepe bandage with hook and loop closures. I do have one small niggle. In the images, one says: “Each inner sleeve is organised by category” but I cannot see anywhere that says what those categories are. Overall, though, I am very pleased with my purchase, and somehow feel safer and more secure knowing I have it in the house.
