Delicious, easy to make. Quick 30 min meal. I add chicken, broccoli, and peppers. Just delicious.

The flavor of the Pad Thai sauce was spot on, providing the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory notes. I appreciated that it had a mild to medium level of spiciness, making it suitable for a wide range of taste preferences. The dried rice noodles cooked up beautifully, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the dried garlic chives added a lovely freshness to the dish. The chopped peanuts provided a delightful crunch and a nutty flavor that complemented the other ingredients perfectly.

This is pretty good with some additions. Bean sprouts, toasted chopped peanuts, shrimp, a little fish sauce make this a delicious dinner. Only drawback is this is portioned for only 2 people.

Good product but better packaging needed. Arrived smashed with sauce leaking all over so unusable.

So, I purchased this kit because I had never had pad thai and wanted to try it, and this kit looked like a nice, quick way to see if we liked it. It arrived in great shape, but I was not impressed with the amount of noodles in the small package; however, I figured that the company knew what's what and the included noodles were appropriate for the servings. I followed the directions exactly, and everything cooked up very nicely. Wished I had some extra veg to add, but at the time I didn't. Would have been a nice addition, though. NOT THE KIT'S FAULT. :) We loved the flavor, but had one MAJOR problem. The amount of noodles provided was not nearly enough. I had wished I had followed my "gut-instinct" and added a package (or at least part of one) of rice noodles to balance the dish. Otherwise, this was a very tasty product. Due to the lack of enough noodles, and honestly, the overall price, I will weigh my options on purchasing this again, despite the AMAZING flavor. If you can afford it though, and happen to have and/or purchase extra noodles to go with it, get it.
