I like this! I can put my notes and notecards under it. So I can see them and refer to them while I am writing my book. With those under this, I can still have a tidy looking desk! Notecards contained. Visible. Less visual chaos! I will be buying these to cover the new 20” x 47” tables I bought. One table is for art and the other is for writing. These will protect the table nicely from art splatters !!!

Excellent quality. I keep Frequently called numbers and other info that I need daily but haven't memorized. Much neater look than endless post its around my desk. This is a MUCH better option than the typical neoprene desk mats. Easy to clean with damp cloth.

Great product and very versatile! They can be used as clear placemats over expensive linen/cloth placemats, as a smooth writing surface, a mouse friendly desk mat, or even as furniture protectors! They're very thick, too -- a very nice quality! They're not necessarily inexpensive, but this is surely a case where you get what you pay for. There's nothing cheap in quality about these mats! No corners were cut in their manufacturing.

This is a very good choice for a desk mat, in general. The color is perfectly clear so the surface or whatever is under it will show through with great clarity. It is substantial without being too thick. It lays flat and is nice and smooth so it makes for a good writing surface. I did not need to use the sticky tabs, it stays in place on my desk and does not shift around, but that could be because of what I describe in the paragraph below. The price was nice and overall I have been happy with the purchase. Over time I realized its limitations, most of which may be very individual to me. The listing says something about it being recommended for textured surfaces. I found that on my smooth non-textured desk, the mat clings to the surface which shows like little “puddles” - I’m not sure how to describe so I included a picture. Periodically I lift the mat up to make them go away but when I put pressure on it again, the puddles return. I had not lifted it up in a while, so the puddles in the picture are particularly bad. It might be because my desk is white that they are so visible. Also, my desk is by a window so sometimes a bird or something might fly past and reflect on the mat which kind of startles me for a second (maybe I’m jumpier than most). I think it is a quality product but these minor annoyances caused me to take away a star.

Perfect for my antique wooden desk, gives me a nice solid writing surface. I was alittle worried at first as the edges were curled up a bit but after two days it is now perfectly flat.

Does a great job protecting my desktop and is easy to clean.

If you have ever had a desk pad from Staples (like the traditional black ones with a foam bottom layer) and was thinking this would be a clear version of that, you would be wrong. Good points 1. Their quality and thickness is not bad. 2. It can stand up to a hot cup of coffee or a bowl of soup (if you eat at your desk :-) and will protect your wood desk 3. You can write on it with without leaving an imprint from your pen. Negative points-1. Yes there are ways to help uncurl the mat (comes tightly rolled up in a cardboard tube) by rolling it in the opposite direction (helped somewhat but the ends still curled, even after putting heavy law school books on each corner for a couple of days, it still DID NOT LAY COMPLETELY FLAT! 2. The most important negative, is that it DOES SLIDE AROUND no matter how flat you get it , it will slide at least on a wood desk. I bought two smaller ones that are about the size of large placemats, so its possible that a larger one with more weight would work better but I doubt it. There is nothing you can do to keep it from sliding around unlike the heavy old school black ones. It came with round circles to apply to each corner but its the same material as the mat so I'm not sure how it would help (and it didn't). I am going to have to find something much heavier or go back the old style ones which makes me sad since I have a more contemporary vibe going.

Ich finde die Schreibtischunterlage echt super. Sie kam früher als erwartet und Peis- Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordung. Sie kam gut verpackt und professionell gerollt an und der Karton sah sehr viel versprechend aus. Ich war positiv überrascht. Dadie Unterlage sehr schmiegsam vom Material ist, einfach für 2 bis 3 Stunden ein paar Bücher drauf und passt. Es ist ein leichter Geruch da. Aber auch das ist nicht dramatisch. Der Geruch verschwindet. Ich habe andere Gegenstände gekauft die schlimmer und starker gerochen haben. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Hard to clean but protects my manicure table so I'm not complaining

Absolument parfait ! J’avais peur de ne pas aimer la texture du sous main, mais non, je l’adore ! La qualité est exceptionnelle et je le recommande à tous ! Il est livré avec quatre rondelles pour coller sur le bureau mais je ne les ai pas utilisées encore.
