Raid SC Johnson MAX ROACH KILLER AEROSOL

This spray works much better than the competition. During the pandemic, I had trouble finding this Raid Max Spray, so I bought some of the competition. The results were disappointing to say the least. The Raid MAX works great!

Brilliant with the straw like applicator for getting in between the oak timbers in my house where the flying ants appear from. Ordinary aerosols just do not manage to get into the areas as well.

Every year my house gets invaded by Argentine ants. Normally I use baits to handle it but this year's ants were immune to the cheap stuff (Terro) and surprisingly they were immune to both of the really expensive baits (Optigard, Advion) that had always worked in the past to handle the problem invasions. So I bought some of this toxic stuff. I hate having to use products like this in my house but it did the job instantly. Killed the visible ants and they did not come back.

Product arrived with a broken sprayer and because of Amazon's return policy I couldn't get refunded for this defective item. Amazon's help bot just kept directing me to contact the manufacturer (SC Johnson). I kept thinking "why would the manufacturer care about a product that Amazon probably broke". I finally gave in and filled out the form on SC Johnson's website. And you know what happened? Within 24 hours SC Johnson emailed me back apologizing and said they would mail me a check for $10 along with some coupons. No red tape. No need for proof. Nothing. Just bam, sorry here's your money back. Our bad. Unbelievable. Haven't been this happy with a customer service experience in a while. So if you are worried about getting a broken sprayer, let me put your worries to bed. SC Johnson backs their product even if Amazon broke it. 5 stars for customer service SC Johnson.

Good product, but it's taking days for AMAZON to deliver it, and I still haven't received it!
