Works great for keeping my pets water fresh. Don’t forget to clean regularly. Hair will build up and burn it out. Learned the hard way.

This is a great little pump for very small bird baths or other similar small applications. Because it uses low pressure you have much less splashing and subsequent water loss. The only flaw is the fact that it can not sense low water conditions and shut off automatically. If the unit runs out of water it will quickly over heat and fail.

This inexpensive unit is perfect the way I used it. I created a small fountain using a terra cotta pot, rocks, some plastic tubing and this pump. I like the variable power settings and the 2 piece outlet to help regulate the flow of the water. The unit has suction cups that allow the unit to be very stable. I would recommend this unit.
