These are a great alternative to fish oil, which smell. These do not smell, are much easier to swallow, and are easier to digest. I haven't tried another brand, but these seem great quality.

I started taking Nordic Omegs because i needed a good source of omega 3 for the treatment of SOP but I'm allergic to sellfish and can't take traditional fish oil. This supplement has been a great solution. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste or stomach discomfort. Now I've felt more balanced and energetic.
