Excellent for training

Bought as Xmas present and they love it. You’ve got to make sure you get the elastic at the right length before you start using it or it’s awkward to punch the ball.

Very good product for those who want to start working on their reflexes.

With lockdown and my home gym I've self-constructed I like to both find ways to occupy my time and keep fit. This seemed to fit the bill on both fronts.It says family pack but that just means pack of 2. Bigger families will still have to buy more to compete. The balls come in four different colours with a length of elastic on them. Unfortunately there is no clip on the end of the elastic to attach to the head strap so we were relying on our knot tying skills. My partners wasn't that great and on first hitting the ball it went flying towards the other side of my make-shift gym. Upon getting this tied on to her head strap a second time (I tied it this time) we then found we had to play around with the length of said elastic. By this point she had given up and didn't want to 'compete' using these. The main thing these achieved was some heated words as to where she thought they should go.Once they were set up I did have a good go myself. I'm sure with time it might improve my reflexes. Not sure we needed two though.

The problem is the elastic string, very basic and thin, after you tied the length you need, it's difficult to untie unless you're a knots expert.

I’ve really enjoyed using this and with weight loss has helped my arms to tone up.
