Moto-Wash is not for use on dry paint or chrome, or on hot surfaces. Directions are meant to be followed! That said, it does a terrific job of removing grease and oil and other contaminants from the surface. I use it on the lower half of my bikes only, trying to keep it off paint as much as possible. I does a terrific job of cleaning aluminum which has oil or grease on it. Just be sure to wet the surfaces to be cleaned with water, first.

I know some people like the bucket and soap style of washing, but honestly not necessary. This has changed how I wash my bike now because I don’t have to worry about a sponge sitting it a bucket of crud, or having to two bucket wash. Spray the bike with water, spray with the wash, and scrub and rinse. It’s biodegradable too which is nice for people in areas where washing is restricted, or comes with limitations. Has been a game changer

I've been using this on my old BMW Airhead with great success. It melts roadgrime and oil off the engine instantly. Recommended.

It works well, but seems like basic soap and water in a spray bottle.

Best product on the market

Cleans great but no better than diluted simple green on my power washed dirt bikes. The nozzle sprays crappy and uneven, the cap comes loose by just holding it and 1/3 of the bottle leaked out in shipment. Also, It took 3 different orders from 3 amazon sellers to get 1 shipment to arrive 1/3 empty as the they seem to leak during shipment or get damaged and returned to seller. I will not purchase again as I will continue to use the diluted simple green from Walmart or Lowes in my own spray bottle. I love the other MOTUL products like Shine and Go but no more Motowash for me unless they sell it in a sealed non spray bulk bottle.
