Really liked how it feels. Since it’s made of an absorbing wood the cologne I apply in my beard stays in the brush for a while

I was very confused at first. I received half-empty jar, with no protective film or anything. I was upset as I thought they sold me something used. I have ordered the same beard balm from the Nordstrom. It arrived exactly the same - the jar is half-filled, no foil cover (as they show in the commercial). So I wish the seller would provide more information about the product to avoid any suspicion or concerns. The quality is great. I do really enjoy the product.
