Actually it works to control my sugar as a diabetic person. The taste is so mild that I mix this into my KETO smoothie that I drink with dinner each evening. When I first got the product my fasting blood sugar reading's were mostly in the 160's with an occasional 170 and 180. Numbers have continued to drop each morning and this morning was 123. I have stayed in the 120's for the last month. If the trend to lower numbers continues like it has I expect to be in the one-teens in a couple of weeks. This may be the only product where my numbers have continued to drop. Cinnamon and Berberine and 20 other herbs helped lower my numbers from the high 190's down to the 160's but then nothing more. This Insulin Plant powder has taken me a step closer to being free of high blood sugar. I sure am glad I gave it time to work for me.

I started taking this about 3 weeks ago after trying several other diabetes supplements such as Apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, etc. This is the only one that keeps my numbers down. I am LADA, type 1.5 so I wasn't sure if it would work but I am amazed at my results. Its not meant to replace insulin but to be used as a supplement and that's how I use it. I still do the same medications and controlled diet as before but this has helped knock my numbers down by about 15-20 points average so far. It appears to keep me level at a good number throughout the day rather than necessarily helping with my post meal numbers (That's what insulin is for). I ran it by my doctor so she is aware that I am using it just to be safe but I haven't seen any side effects from it at all. The taste isn't wonderful but its very tolerable. I throw it in my morning coffee and can't taste it at all. Its pricy but I'll keep buying it as long as it keeps helping Update: I am 2 months in and it still has an amazing effect on my numbers. I switched to one scoop a day and its still working as it was. I have not seen any bad side effects and will continue to use this, though I do have to watch for lows as that seems to happen more often since I started using it. My current A1C is around 6. Before I started this, doing everything the same as before (Insulin, watching my carbs, etc), my A1 C was 7. It is definitely having an effect

Product tastes fine, haven't used it long enough to know how well it works so I can't give it 5 stars. So far, no difference. Only been using it a couple days.
