Chenyang SD SDHC SDXC to CF Compact Flash Memory Card Adapter Reader Type I High-Speed Extreme CF to SD Card Reader Adapter

The red adapter works great. Haven’t tried above 64gb yet with a micro sd card. DO NOT USE SANDISK. I REPEAT DO NOT USE SANDISK! I used a cheap ONN Walmart branded one and it worked fine first time. iPods do not like Sandisk for some reason.

I put a 32G SDHC card in this adapter and it goes into my Canon 400D easily and works just fine. Only had it a couple of days so far, but I didn't encounter any of those issues mentioned by other reviewers. No problem formatting the card while it was in the adapter and my pictures are loading on my card and retrieved just fine. Not a sturdy looking piece of hardware, but it's in the camera, operates and will probably stay where it is for a long time.

I give it Zero star because it doesn't work, it came apart when the SD card was inserted into it. So, I was unable to use it on November 27, 2025, and the return window is closed. It was purchased October 6, 2025.

The slot for the SD card had a firm fit, which made it difficult to remove it on occasion, but otherwise the adapter worked for me in my iPod Mini 2nd gen. NOTE: you NEED to use the 'Rebuild MBR' trick when using this adapter and a micro SD card, otherwise the ipod will spit out some garbled nonsense on boot and in disk mode. BE AWARE of that fact! Otherwise the adapter works exactly as intended!

No issues reading my SD cards & Fits my Sony A300 Read times are normally fine, but due to having an older model DSLR the write times are slower. Partially the camera and probably partially the fact that its an adapter. I still give it 5 stars because I can't 100% say the adapter has anything to do with my write times.

I have an older camera that can only take a CF Card. I am also a photographer so I have my first big shoot this weekend and realized this week that NOBODY sells cf cards anymore that aren't OUTRAGEOUS in price. I ordered this and it came the next day and works amazingly! I did have to format the SD card once inside my camera but besides that I now have way more photos and the option to use easy to find sd cards rather than just a CF. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Formatted easily and has worked with multiple brands of micro sd cards. For the price, Im very impressed, and this has saved me the need to pack a CF adapted for my laptop when Im on the road and I need to offload my cameras memory or do some editing.

Used it on a iDX mark two and had SD card error code to pop up, and the only way to fix is to wait a couple minutes or turn the camera off and back on which in return loses all the photos

Used this product to perform a HDD to MicroSD upgrade on my iPod. No issues whatsoever!

Quite sturdy construction and had no problem fitting a 128GB sdxc card. When I inserted the loaded adapter into my Canon 7D mk1 I got an error message but went ahead and formatted the card anyway. This must have been a generic message as it was cured by the format. Now works perfectly and shows under info as being 127 GB and will store about 2.8K raw images. No issues filling up the buffer on multi shot and writes to the card at an acceptable speed. With an sd card of 128GB being available for £16. (20/12/24) and similar size CF card being nearly a hundred pounds this represents fantastic value for money. Just remember to format the card first. Excellent!

À ma grande surprise cette adapteur fonctionne très bien avec des cartes sd. Excellente façon d'économiser sur le coût des cartes cf par rapport à celui des cartes sd. Je recommande!

08/08/22 The first one is not working . So, i replaced it and the second one is working fine untill now . It is the best solution for old cameras with compact flash CF support to use Sd card in them. I will let you know any thing goes wrong.
