These are sooooo much easier to install than the competition ( which doesn’t fit my cabinets well) and the perfect baby-proofing solution. Little fingers won’t be able to twist the screw off, so they will be protected from cabinets having dangerous or fragile items in them.

Love the durability and ease of opening and removal of these. They make it perfect for kitchen cabinets and other areas in the house that have knobs that have hard to place handles. Most are made of hard plastic and end up damaging your doors, cabinets or hardware. Since these are made of fabric, you have no worries with that. The size is perfect because they are adjustable to whatever size you need which is most effective. Great value for the money!!

They definitely work and require no install so perfect for traveling or giving to grandparents when visiting frequently. However, they take a few seconds to operate. So if you’re trying to go in and out of a cabinet frequently, say while fixing a meal, it’s definitely going to slow you down if you need to lock it each time. Given the design you can choose to leave it unlocked during that time and relock at the end.

We needed baby safety lock to keep our kitchen and bathroom cabinets secure, but really didn't want to drill holes or use adhesives that would ruin the finish.These do not harm the wood at all. I received my order last week. It took me 15 minutes to install 3, and that included customizing the size. I like that I could cut the extra rope. The rope pictured is about 3" long now. The rope is just a little stretchy, so I was sure to pull it tight when I locked them. Even when the rope is tight, they are easy to turn to unlock. My grandson came over this weekend and "tried them out". He's almost 20 months old. He tried to open the cabinets, then grinned at me, like "You won this one grandma". You know that little smirk. lol. I have smaller knobs, which are close together with little clearance. These worked perfectly! They look nice as well. They aren't big and bulky. Very happy with my purchase.

This was useful for maybe a week before the screw portion jammed, making it so that the lock couldn’t tighten. I was using this to keep my cat out of a room, and he could get in so easily. Definitely not worth the price—if possible, you should spring for a plastic zip-tie lock instead. There’s one with a false button on the front that would be perfect to dupe kids and is actually keeping my cat out!

I have a 5 year old with special needs that can pull hard enough to loosen this when it has been cinched down as tight as it can go. Might work with smaller kiddos but be aware that if the cord is loosened enough, it could become a choking hazard if the child put it around their neck after taking it off the door / cabinet.

This product has been a lifesaver! We “toddler proofed” our cabinets so there was nothing unsafe within reach, but I certainly got tired of having the dishes unloaded over and over, and having to wash them every time my son pulled them out. However the knobs on our cabinets are very far apart and there’s trim around the frame, so I couldn’t find a product that would keep the cabinets closed without having to be screwed or taped inside. I finally found these and they’re perfect for what we need, super easy to use, and leave no marks on the cabinet. My son can’t open them and after a few failed attempts, he doesn’t even mess with them anymore. Huge relief!
