I suffer from patella tendonitis, which I have had for the past 5 years. I therefore need a knee support that helps me to do some form of running/cycling exercises to stay healthy. In the pursuit to find an adequate support I have used many different types of products (by spending god knows how much money) which includes sports tapes, knee sleeves (with and without patettla covering), pattella tendon straps etc. I finally stumbled upon a patella strap manufactured by YOSOO that supports the patella above and below the knee (similar to the one in this product). I spend 2500 Rs to get it from amazon (It was costly since it had to be imported from the U.S.). And this patella strap design has worked wonders for me, allowing me to jog for 40 to 60 minutes with manageable pain. Recently I found this strap available on amazon having the same design and costing only 250 Rs. I bought it without hesitation since I was sure that it would work for me. I think its important to know that biomechanical problems are individual problems and there are no single solutions for everyone. Something that worked for me, may not work for you. However, if you have similar problems as of mine, it is worth trying this considering the cheap price of this product.

Material is very thin. Knee hole is small. It is not as shown in website. There is difficulty in opening the belts. It is imported from China. This fact should have been indicated in the description of the product.

Got the pdt for Rs. 280 in a lightning deal.. I bought this for knee support while playing badminton.. But it was not so helpful and had discomfort while playing.. So lying waste in my home now. Didnt try while running or during workout, so cant comment on that

My mother has arthritis and its very difficult for her to walk without any knee support. I earlier used to get those sleeve type knee supports but they used to get loose and didn't provide much support. Then i saw this one by Strauss which has velcro type design and is not sleeve type. Rest everything is good so far.More than 50% of hooks are broken, some fell off while others got stuck in the base. Now it's not sticking properly.Though this can easily be fixed as its simply stitched, but such an issue was not expected out of such a big brand.
