part failed within 2 hours of operation.
It took 4 hours to remove and replace all items on my Super Duty. I flushed the system once all parts were removed, parts replaced along with the compressor kit main manifold hose and cycling switch and high psi/fan switch and drive belt. followed manufacturer instructions exactly to their recommendations. After a 1 hour vacuum and oil install the system held 28 inches of vacuum for 10 minutes. Installed 2.82 lbs of Freon per Ford specification. Vehicle cooled perfectly for almost two hours and without any warning the compressor locked up in the middle of the initial test drive. I am a platinum level GM tech with 35 yrs of automotive experience. I am very disappointed with this product because not only do I have to do the job again I've lost my new ford drive belt and freon and the cost of cleaners and labor that wont be reimbursed due to a faulty product. Very disappointed!

Good OEM belt
Not much to say. If you need a serpentine belt for your Ford, Amazon is a great place to find a good deal on a Motorcraft replacement. Belt fits and works as it should.

fit my truck and will last as is the OE part so will work correctly and the price was good.

Great Quality and Way Cheaper than the Dealer
This belt is much better quality than the one I took off my 2006 F250 6.0l PSD. If you've never replaced one before watch a video on YouTube to see how to release tension from the tensioner to remove the belt. I think the easiest way to route the new belt is to lower it down in front of the alternator, start by going around the crank pulley, then the tensioner (you have to slide it around the back of the tensioner pulley), then work your way down the bottom passenger side and then up to the alternator. Then push all the slack around to the other side and finish with the last 2 pulleys. I tried a different way the first time and eventually pulled it out and tried this method. It's definitely not the easiest belt to install although it requires no tools or just a pry bar to lock the tensioner. Good luck!
