Will it fit a 13 foot scamp?

This lock fits doors that are 5/8" to 1" wide. It probably will not fit the 13' Scamp because the locking bolt has to be fitted into the door jamb. Look for a lock for your Scamp that has an enclosed cap that screws to the inside wall of the camper not like the silver piece in the picture.

what if i need extra keys?

You don’t need keys at all. These are single sided wafer locks than can be picked in about 30 seconds by a novice. Locking it is more of a annoyance to yourself than it is a preventative to a thief.
