I’ve been taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper for a few weeks now, and I really like it. The liquid form makes it easy to swallow, and I feel it’s helping with my joint stiffness and general inflammation. I also like that it’s combined with black pepper, which makes it more absorbable. I’m not sure if my plantar fasciitis improved on its own or because of this turmeric, but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. The taste is good, and it’s easy to take. That said, it is a bit pricey for turmeric. Still, if you’re looking for joint support, it’s worth a try.

This stuff is a miracle for joint pain relief!! I have taken one tablespoon every morning for almost a month and it has alleviated my joint pain so much. 800mg ibuprofen didn't touch the pain but taking this daily has done wonders. It hurt to even rest my elbow on a pillow because of tennis elbow and I couldn't even pick up a bottle of coffee creamer, no exaggeration, I couldn't clench my fist fully without getting shooting pains down my arm. I suggest this to anyone who does not want to take OTC pain meds!
