Miracle in a tube! My knuckles and hands had really bad eczema. They were constantly cracking, bleeding, itching, red and just painful and irritated. I must have tried 5 different lotions along with regular hydrocortisone cream and I only ever got temporary relief for maybe an hour tops. This stuff is like magic. Instantly got relief for the itching. After using it for a couple weeks, the rashes are all but gone. No more itching, no more cracking, no more dryness.
