This is the appropriate Magnesium supplement as compared to majority of products which contain Magnesium oxide and are less effective .Helped me rapidly and effectively relive symptoms of bilateral leg burning and tingling due to disc herniation ( the pain was resolved after back surgery these symptoms were not relieved and resolved within a week after starting 2 capsules daily ).
