I bought this brand new but it wouldn't charge. Wahl customer service wasn't brilliant - they said they would repair it if i sent it at my own expense to the US. Thankfully Amazon were great and helped me sort it but you don't expect brand new products to just not work. I googled the issue and there are forums and YouTube videos so i'm evidently not alone.

Great purchase and long overdue! I’ve owned Wahl clippers for decades, for reliability & durability. And always with a cord (old school). I finally rid myself of the cord, and excited about the change. These are a higher grade clipper. Cuts & blade are cleaner, plenty of weight, and maneuvers freely w/o the cumbersome cord. I know cordless clippers have been around for some time. But, I didn’t expect the combination of freedom, power, speed and value for the money. I’ve owned many brands, all have disappointed. However, you can’t go wrong with a Wahl product. Highly recommend.
