My fater put me onto these and told me his eyesight hasn't gotten worse since he started taking them. That's all I needed to hear. My wife's too hot for me to go blind but deaf is a whole other topic.

Doctors recommendation
My retina dr. Insists I stay on I caps, as I have severe eye problems. I don't know what they do but he does so if your on them stay on them.

They work but try finding them
I've used this since 2002 when my eye doctor recommended them. But try finding them now and if you do they're unbelievable expensive. My eye doctor had to recommend something with similar formula that's affordable. Sad.
