Can this be used on private parts?

Its for anorectal disorders. Not too sure for other privy parts :) Thats all i know.

Can it be used to lance a boil?

I'm going to say yes. It really works. The estetician that microblades my brows uses this. My husband had a ingrown hair, i saturated it, wrapped in saranwrap waited 20 minutes, and took it out. So if your going to lance the boil, apply it. Place saranwrap on top and wait at least 20-30 min to numb the area.
