Installation - installation was easy. I don’t understand how others ripped it, I did not follow the instructions but used common sense and patience. Comfort - I previously tried paperlike grip attachment and it didn’t feel natural in hand. This on the other hand provides the grip you may be looking, but retains the original pencil dimension. Durability- I can’t speak on durability as of now since I just installed it, but hoping it holds up. Same for protection, I suppose your normal drops would be fine, but nothing too high. The biggest plus for me is that this sleeve works correctly with my ESR case!

This was my second purchase. The last one I bought about two or three years ago, which is how it took for it to stretch out enough that I needed to replace it. It’s a lovely color, though a little tricky to get on (even with the instructions), but overall it’s a comfortable and durable material able to withstand regular wear and tear.

The quality of this silicone case holder for the apple pencil is great, I really like the feel of the cover as well as the ease of putting it on the pencil (as long as you follow directions). I would say there is value in the case for the money spent and the durability seems to be long lasting, I will come back and update my review if this is not the case as I will not be taking it in and off, so if it breaks from everyday wear and tear I will update my review. Also there are no issues with the pencil magnetizing to the ipad for charging ease with the case on. The color however, is not what was described. I received a bright orange cover when I ordered clay. I specifically chose this brand over others based on the reviews and the available colors. Clay is a darker orange and can be better attested to terracotta pots but what I received was bright orange. I don’t have the time or desire to return the product due to the color issue so I am keeping it. It fits well in the hand and I find I can write longer on my ipad with ease. The original apple pencil is just too slick and slips around in my hand causing cramps because I am trying to hold it awkwardly. I recommend the product, beware the color might not be as advertised.

Really great apple pen cover! You must must must follow the instructions. They are easy to follow but also easy to mess up if you are not reading. The cover was very easy to put onto the pen but you do need some patience. It’s very comfortable in your hand and the cover is buttery soft. The cover is thick enough to provide protection for the pen but also so thin that it still has a strong magnetic hold to the side of the iPad. My pen still charges without issue and looks so nice on top of my iPad. When I am ready to change up my color scheme for my iPad, I will definitely be buying again. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an Apple pen cover. If you like the feel of the pen but want maybe an extra added grip, this is perfect. Also really great way to customize your setup! Quick note: I took a chance in purchasing sage without really being able to tell from the photos what it looked like. It’s a very light pastel, minty blue color. Matched perfectly to my other mint/sage accessories.

This is the cutest thing I’ve ever bought for my Apple Pencil. The size is perfect for my Apple Pencil Pro. The quality seems all right after the first couple days. I did notice the smallest bit of peeling, but I think that’s just because it was new and I was getting used to it and using it a lot it’s not peeling anymore, and it looks great. It doesn’t. The grip is amazing. There’s no rips or tears when i put it on. My pencil still magnetizes to the side of my iPad, which is what I wanted within the case. I ended up buying it in the magenta as well because I love these.

Got for my Metapen A8, and it fits perfectly. A little challenging to get on, but I did it slowly as the instructions said, and didn’t have any tears or anything.

I think everyone knows this already... The sleeve is hard to place on... While it looked very nicely designed and loved the purple color, I hate the fact that in order for my ipad to charge it, I have to remove the case. The case I have is ESR one, the charging side is covered by the case too. So the pencil with sleeve will not be detected by iPad's Bluetooth. I put the sleeve on, and suddenly my pencil doesn't work anymore. I removed the case and it worked. From trying to figuring out what's wrong with the pencil or the ipad, I removed the sleeve about 3 times. Even with gentle pressure, and using both hands (one push, one pull from the little bit of the give from the pushing hand) the case is already loosened. Everytime I need to charge or let my ipad detect my pen with this sleeve on, I have to remove the ESR Case. Which by now after several attempts the screen protector is coming off on the corner. A solution is to spend an extra $12-$20 for a Apple pencil charger. or use a different case than ESR's or not use a sleeve. Judging on the price, quality, and functionality, I'd say this is just an OK sleeve.

I've tried a few of these, and this one is the best for the price. The full coverage is great, it is comfortable in hand, and after the application, there is no problem with the fit. It is a little difficult to put on the first time, and it doesn't stick magnetically as well with the case on, but it still charges, and has improved my writing and drawing.
