Zojirushi SL Mr. Bento Stainless Lunch 41 Oz SL-JBE14VA

Very disappointed with this purchase, usually my Amazon shopping experience were satisfy. The colour of this product is nice, however, when I try to open the Small containers, one of them, has many scratches, it seems already has been used. The led could not be opened. Why sent a faulty/ used product to the purchaser? Is there any quality control?

Adoramos esta marmita! Comprei para minha filha levar para a escola e almoçar lá. Vem com quatro potinhos, dois para comidas quentes e dois alimentos frios ou temperatura ambiente. Super prático. Tem um potinho que dá até para colocar sopa. Só é um pouquinho grande, mas para esse tanto de compartimento não tinha como ser menor mesmo. E ainda vem com uma mochilinha de carregar e um garfo de inox ótimo! A cor é linda! Podem comprar sem medo!

Bought it in a cute colour to get my my kids excited for school. It's exactly like the one I bought myself years ago and still use... But better, because I scored this one through the Warehouse Deals. :) The Mr. Bento keeps hot foods hot and cold foods cold, in a nice and compact (and glass-free!) container. I love that it includes a carrying bag and spork (with a cover to keep it clean). If you pack carefully, you can tuck an apple or orange in the bag, on top of the container and secured with the drawstring. It's expensive, yes, but it's durable, goes in the dishwasher (top rack), and is probably the last lunch box I'll ever need to buy.
