These pearl earrings are lovely, with a beautiful white color, sparkle and short drop length. Perfect size at 9mm for me, an adult woman who’s 5’2”. They show well, but are not “statement earrings”. The wires are somewhat fragile. They are easy to put on, but I’m being careful not to bend them too much.

I bought these for myself because I wanted simple and elegant fresh water pearl earrings. While the pearls are nice, after a year the metal part snapped in half :( I've held onto them hoping I can find someone who makes jewelry to make a new pair of earrings with the pearls. I also didn't wear them all the time, maybe twice a month. So I guess If you're only expecting to wear them a handful of times then the cost is worth the money. Not great as a gift though because they might break on the person. :/
