My hands are soooo much better! I wash my hands a lot as I have a toddler and work in healthcare. Finally my hands do not catch on everything fluffy and my fingers are not split. I put it on my face too and my skin is much more hydrated than normal. Brilliant stuff!

I have used creams and sprays from the Salcura range for years and this cream is always my goto when I have sore, chapped skin on my hands from cold weather, over washing or not drying my hands well enough. It always helps the redness, flaking skin and occasional rash I develop. When first applied it can sting momentarily but then very quickly is soothing on my skin. I will often put it on my hands and then put on cotton gloves to wear over night and when I wake in the morning my discomfort has been mostly relieved. I regularly use this all year round (often in conjunction with a Salcura spray) but more so in the winter months, when it really is exceptional compared to all the other treatments I have used (including prescription creams etc). I would definitely recommend this.
