Surprisingly effective
When purchasing this I did expect to "feel the difference" after a couple weeks but pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this. Been using it to aid my sleep patterns and help with anxious behaviour patterns and this has done a decent job helping me regulate (along with other things ofc)

I’ve wanted to find a more natural way to reduce stress and anxiety.. L-Theanine has little to no side effects and is overall quite safe. NOW Foods is GMP certified and UL certified so I know I’m getting what they are saying without any unknown adulterants. As for its effectiveness, I’ve found it has helped me to relax more and is part of my sleep time ritual. I fall asleep faster and better. My daughter has also taken it with great results.

Taking it was a coffee really makes it great and the 200 mg dosage does seem for me at leas for me seem very suitable to get the desired effect
