Achèté pour fabriquer un gâteau pour le concour. Concour gagné! Petite dose souffit pour colorer la pâte. C'est vrai que le colorant contient E122 qui - comme l'etiquette previent - peut provoquer hyperactivité aupr`s des enfants, mais bon! On ne mange pas non plus tous les jours.
