Can you put photos on front AND back of one page ?? Or is it only 3 photos per page ??

NO photo pockets on outside! However, inside you have six per page...3 on front and 3 on back of page.

Is the plastic holding the pictures strong or does it rip easily? Do the pictures slide around? Does this one have the lines for notes?

The plastic seems to be legit, the binding seems cheaply made. The pictures don't slide around at all that I can recall. It does have lines that you can write noting on.

Are the pages inside black?

The inside pages pages are white with grey printed areas to show you where to place the picture and where to make any notes about the picture. Warning to anyone wanting to put 3x5" pictures in this album: they won't work. This album also holds panoramic photos which create an area that would allow for a 3x5" picture to slip out of place.
