Love this thing : P365XL
I'm super happy with this purchase. I carried a Serpa [FS Springfield XD] for years as an officer. Switched to a Sarafiland 578 GLS [FS Sig P320] as a civilian and was really happy with that as well. I stayed away from thumb activated retention because other solutions didn't allow a full grip on the thumb side of the firearm. When I got a Sig P365XL there weren't many options for retention-based open carry holsters. I'd had a good experience with BlackHawlk's holsters so I tried this one thinking I would upgrade later. The good stuff [in no particular order]: 1) I like the look of it. 2) I'm able to set it up the perfect amount of retention. The firearm is NOT coming out of this while locked and zero friction on the firearm once unlocked. The firearm also doesn't rattle around when locked. 3) I switched to the locking belt clip instead of the double-belt-loop mount. That thing is awesome! Super easy to reach the belt-mount's unlock mechanism and locks in really firmly. Easy on-and-off like a paddle but more secure. 4) Works great on a Kore Essentials "tactical" belt. 5) You can run it with any of the smaller optics without issue. The Sig Romeo-Zero, the Shield RMSc and the JPRifles JPOINT4 all fit the holster on a P365XL. I can't confirm if the extra width of the Holosun 507K would clear the thumb guards though I think it would without issue. 6) The P365XL version is cut so you can see the chamber indicator. You can feel the chamber indicator through a shirt while the firearm is in the holster which is nice. 7) It's easy to adjust the pitch of the holster. 8) It's very very fast drawing. The bad stuff: 1) if I'm being nit-picky it would be nice if it rode about 1/2 to and inch lower, but that's shooters preference.

Great, fits Springfield xd.
I can confirm it fits Springfield XD 4 inch Service weapon, 9mm. Comes with the belt attachment already installed. You might just need to tighten up the retention, but it ready out of the box. Thumb break is nice. It is difficult to find duty holster for the xd, this works just fine as a level 2 duty holster.

Works great… with some adjustment
Bought this for sti .45 ds tactical 5.0. Didn’t initially fit due to the full dust cover. Little bit of dremel work later and it fits great. Clicks in nicely, paint shaker couldn’t make to pistol come out but as soon as button is depressed it comes out fast and slick. I love this line of holsters. Extremely tough to beat for the price.

The best holster I could ask for
I’ve been looking into getting this holster for quite some time, and I got to say it is very amazing. It’s super secure, and I managed to get a good deal on it which made it even more exciting. The overall craftsmanship and quality of the holster really shines through. When you put it on your waist for those that are looking to open carry in the future this is probably the best option. When you’re looking for quality, be prepared to spend a couple of more dollars, but when it comes to Blackhawk you can’t go wrong.

Fast, safe draw
I have been going through a lot of different holsters looking for one to fit my Kahr CW9. The Glock 43 is a very similar size so I bought this one and it fits perfectly. The draw is very smooth and fast. Release mechanism is very intuitive. Fully optic compatible. My main complaint is just that the holster sits very far from your body. There is no possible way to conceal this without a massive bulge under your clothes. As a duty, open carry, or range holster this would do very well. The thumb release seems to be far more resistant to dirt and debris than the SERPA style are. I like that the release paddle is heavily shrouded, so it should be easy to retain in a fight for the gun.

Affordable, High-Quality, Solid, Level II holster
This solid Level II holster protects my gun from grabbers. The thumb release is natural as I grip the pistol. The holster is solid on my Duty Belt. The pistol DOES NOT rattle in the holster. This BlackHawk holster doesn't have the maligned Serpa finger release. And it isn't $150 from SafariLand.

Works for M&P 10mm 2.0 pistol
This does fit my M&P 10mm, 2.0, 4.6 inch barrel pistol. Also with straight slide through belt adapter and clam shell belt attachment, so you get two methods of attaching the OWB holster to your belt. Maybe not like a paddle holster adapter for quick and easy removal but does work. Barrel is not exposed/extended at bottom opening of opening. Get latest retention mechanism from Blackhawk. Happy with purchase.

Double check your order.
Holster is nice but unfortunately got a left hand holster but needed a right. Mostly my fault as I didnt look close enough but all the pictures were of right hand and all the other gun options were right hand. My other complaint is the shipping fee to send it back. They probably figured I'd just keep it instead of dealing with the hassle but I've got too many unused holsters as is.
