I've read so many books but this one has easily became my favorite above all, let me tell you why. This book educates you in a way that makes it easy to understand your body in a way no book has ever have before. The step by step plans to reducing inflammation and tips for enhancing not only your skins health but overall health made me feel like I have my very own naturopathic doctor with me every where I go. Not only did I immediately make significant changes in my life and diet, I can now pass this information along to all my loved ones. This book is the best tool for transforming your health and living a long healthy life. It applies to every human, and should be the standard of how we live our lives.

Its a good read provided you have the will and determination to follow the programs she recommends. I did find it too detailed and little boring with lots of medical names here and there..but overall its good. We all know what to eat and what to avoid.its just that we fail to implement it.
