Great orthotic for professional shoes
I work in an office some of the time, and for this I wear professional type shoes. These types of shoes tend to not have a lot of room for inserts. However, this Pedag model is low-profile enough that it fits perfectly in the dress shoes. The arch is perfect for my medium-arch feet, with enough rigid support to alleviate foot pain. It also has a cushion layer for comfort. The quality of the orthotic seems really good so far. Overall the Pedag insoles are the perfect design for shoes without a lot of extra room, and are very functional at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent insoles with arch and metatarsal support
I like these insoles for my athletic shoes and my office shoes. I have worn the leather version, which are thinner height, in my dress shoes for years. These have a little padding for cushioning but not too much to make my shoes too narrow. What makes these special is the metatarsal support which is not seen with other arch support insoles. The arch and metatarsal supports are moderate and comfortable, not excessively high or protruding. I ordered a second pair immediately so I could wear these every day in two different pairs of shoes. Yes, buy these.

Fits thinner athletic shoes and helps my neuromas
I have the Pedag 3/4 planetary fasciitis insert and I like it, but I needed something for my adidas vulvanized skate shoes - busenitz vulc and matchbreak supers, and these fit the bill. I had purchased more expensive inserts from a well know skate company but they were too thick and at the end of the day my feet were throbbing where my neuromas are located - and they’re flat, zero-drop skate shoes (as flat as I can find and as close to zero drop as I’ve found). These, however, are a bit thinner and fit perfectly. The only advice I have is to order based on the European sizing in your shoe - NOT pedag’s data - because a European 48 is a US Men’s 13 - not a 15. I bought some of pedag’s thinner insoles and did so according to their sizing and they are too short - by 2mm. 5 stars for comfort minus 1 for the sizing error. I have 3 sets of thinner insoles I cannot use but I’ll keep them in case one of my sons need insoles.

MD and DC recommended
I've purchased about 5 different brands of insoles prior to buying this one. I'm an MD and chiropractor, and often refer people to this insole, as the quality is consistent high, and well worth the money. I've ended up purchasing about 5 sets for my wife and kids, Mine are about 1 year old, and still holding up well.

Somewhat weak arch support (will flatten), no heel cup. Metatarsal pad could be bigger
Not a pad price, constructed well. I am comparing it to a custom orthotic for plantar fasciitis, which has a strong, molded arch and a metatarsal pad. This insole may not be suitable for somewhat heavier people (I am about 200-210 pounds), I noticed the arch slightly flattening when i tried it on a hard floor. It is, however, still stronger than the foam based arches on some cheap insoles out there. There is no heel cup to center and stabilize your heel, so your foot may move around and cause the insole to move as well. Give it a try, but these arent quite to the level of a more sturdily built one. If you have clinical foot issues, youd be better served with a stronger insole.

Good Design and Quality
Great for the money. For people with less arch support needed.
