Stomach issues !
This product tastes good. Its on sweeter side so if you don’t like too sweet it’s not for you ! It definitely has something which gives stomach issues .I am surprised that only few reviews talk about it .I would say try to avoid this product .You might end up wasting your money !1 star just for taste !

I recently started using this powder as a nutritional supplement. I know other reviews label it as a meal replacement - but I disagree with that. I use it as a part of my breakfast routine - combined with applesauce with chia seeds or yogurt with chia seeds, my Smart Gummy vitamins and Fiber Gummies, and some pecans or almonds. It's very low calorie - if I replaced a meal with it I would never hit my daily calorie needs. Other reviews refer to it as a protein shake - it is not that, either. It only has the standard amount of protein you are supposed to get in a general meal. Overall, this product has been fantastic, though. I am saving money on supplements and not having to remember to choke down large pills - hello, amino acids. This one of the most affordable nutritional shake blends I have ever tried, and I even like to half the prescribed amount to save more and stretch it out - or just to split it up into two shakes throughout the day. I hate most supplement or protein shake 'chocolate' flavors, so I usually go for vanilla. I don't know why I would ever order this in any other flavor! The chocolate may be great, but I adore the vanilla flavor. Sometimes I like to mix one scoop of VeganSmart All-In-One Vanilla with a tbsp of PB2 Premium Chocolate Powdered Peanut Butter - heaven. And as someone who is supposed to avoid dairy (although I never do) and someone who gets sick and blah feeling if I eat the wrong thing in the mornings, this is so gentle on my stomach. I don't even mind the added sweeteners. I was using Vega All-In-One - which was nice because I use Vega Protein & Greens as my protein shake - and I really liked it due to the higher fiber and the six servings of greens it provides. That one also has more Omega's... But it's expensive - and, while it isn't bad tasting, getting it with the protein & greens powder was proving to be duplicating too much of the same stuff for me. I looked at other vegan options - I am not vegetarian or vegan, I just try to avoid whey proteins due to taste and the fact that I consume too much dairy and need to avoid it. But I found this one that matched up with most of my supplements including Lysine (one of the worst pills to take!) and at the price, I couldn't say no. So glad I found this. If VeganSmart made a protein blend, as well, I'd probably get that. For now I'll stick with the Vega Protein & Greens, though. This is delicious. You can put it in a cute pink Blender Bottle with stacking cups for your later snacks or more powder for another shake (like I do, because fun containers make everything better), or just shake it up in one of those empty Vitamin Water bottles you have laying around (like my boyfriend does.) I highly recommend!

THE GOOD: It tastes good in both flavors. I mean, actually good with no odd sweetener taste. Tastes a lot like cake batter and with a similar consistency. Compared to both Vega One and Raw Meal, Vega One is a stevia bomb (I passionately hate the taste of stevia) and Raw Meal doesn't taste bad but has a gritty texture. Filling and nutritionally complete. Price is fair per serving, Raw Meal is bit cheaper and Vega One is really, really proud of their stuff. All the normal good things that come with a vegan meal....good energy, satisfaction, good poops, no bloat, overall happy body, all that stuff. I usually drop in some frozen berries, quarter cup of oat flour for extra carbs, and some greens powder, a cup of almond milk and I'm on my way - good for 4 hours after that before I get hungry. Since it tastes good you aren't likely to tire of it soon. THE BAD: One serving size is two large scoops, and in a cup of liquid its pretty thick. Once you drink it, you feel a bit like you swallowed a tennis ball. It makes you FULL. And it sticks....an hour later you still feel full. It's almost uncomfortable at times and it takes it a while for your body to move it along. Not being hungry is good but it can be a bit of a brick in your belly. The container doesn't have a lot of servings, due to the large serving size. THE UGLY: The farts. Oh gawd, the farts. I went through three containers of the stuff, and I figured I just needed a week or so for my body to adjust. This was not the case. Being a vegan, I'm not exactly a stranger to farting. But this stuff brings forth the wind, and it comes knocking with a terrible vengeance. Not just in quantity, mind you, but blue-ribbon quality. It's ridiculous. It's a constant stream of gag-a-maggot indiscretions. I couldn't be in the same room with my family. Even the dog was ready to pack his bags, and he loves wretched stink. I had no idea that a perfectly nutritious meal could cause such insufferable winds of plague to be unleashed from one's body. Beware, you will NOT be popular if you are affected as I was. Vega One and Raw Meal do not perpetrate this vile crime against society when I consume it.

The flavor really isn't that bad..and I only used water. I don't know why there are so many people complaining about that..whine about something more practical..smh. Anyway, it reminds me of a cream variety of oatmeal (in flavor). If you shake it enough, the texture isn't bad at all either..it's not too gritty for a powder. I haven't tried using a blender but I'm sure that would make it quite smooth. My only issues are that it goes very quick (15 servings, so about 2 weeks if you use it once a day) and the fact that it didn't seem to tide me over as well, as time went on. The first morning I used it, I was alert all morning and it sustained me for a few hours (~4hrs). The second week in, I wasn't quite as lethargic as I had been beforehand but, not as much of an energy boost (wasn't as noticeable, i guess). And I was damn near ravenous in like 2ish hours. Of course there are some variables that could affect how my body responded (ex: what I actually did in the course of the morning - energy expended that day vs another day). I would definitely prefer this as a quick meal to, say, grabbing some questionable granola bar and going about my day. Although I do wish there was more in a container, I will say that the price seems to be comparatively better than some other brands; some are charging at least double for the same amount (and about the same ingredients, with minor differences). I understand that they may be slightly different as far as components, but I would rather spend about 20 something than around 50 something for 2 weeks-worth of shakes. I do think I might shop around with some of the other brands but strictly for comparative reasons. And so I can laugh at (or perhaps agree with) the divas who didn't care for the flavor and/or texture. It shouldn't be that big a deal, you're in it for the supplementation..so make alterations as needed (add fruit, add peanut butter, etc) smh. All-in-all, this one wasn't bad.
