It’s expensive to me , but I love texture and they are flexible, it allows to work out on fascia without pain , they are not filled with water and there are wholes what allows ball to change shape under weight .

Ich benutze das Ballen-Set seit über einem halben Jahr und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Sie haben die richtige Härte für Korrekturübungen und machen die Übungen viel effektiver. Ich trainiere regelmäßig mit ihnen und auch mein Partner (ich wiege 52 kg, er 75 kg), und die Bälle sind nur ein bisschen entleert, was auf ihre gute Qualität hinweist. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass ich keinen passenden Pumpen finden konnte, um die Bälle aufzupumpen, da eine Fahrradpumpe nicht passt. Ich empfehle dieses Set allen, die auf ihre Gesundheit und Fitness achten.
