It takes approx 8 hours for me, so I drink it at 10pm and by 7am it begins, but it’s not over in one go, be prepared for 2 hours of back and forth, so don’t plan on going to work/being more than 2 metres away from the bathroom. It works if you have metabolism problem. It causes strong cramps if you keep the tea bag for long time. You absolutely need to go to the toilet when it works. It works after 8-10 hours. I use it when needed as I have a slow metabolism. It cleans the intestines well. Very good for weight loss with diet and medium exercise.

It is good for digestion If you have a heavy meal but it's taste is very bad and was a bit over prized when I bought
