Very happy with the quality. Two little issues that I would improve on: 1. slowest speed is still fast enough to blow powdery ingredients around, and 2. the speed switch works from left to right instead of up and down which would be easier.

Excellent appliance, very easy and effective to use, and most important, to clean too. My daughter, who is learning new bakery dishes as part of her hotel management course,has been using this extensively. She sometimes forgets to give it a slight rest and uses it in an extended fashion. The higher powered motor and the reliable Black & Dekker build (we use B&D appliances the most in our kitchen) keeps it going well. A little more expensive than the cheaper options available, but then, those really aren't 'options' in the true sense as they are smaller powered Motors. Buy this without hesitation. Highly recommended.
