This is the best hair gel I have ever used. I have tried many gels, and this one by far is the best. It gives a great cast to your hair to scrunch out. This follows the curly girl method, and I can wait to wash my curly hair several days with this in it. The smell is not too strong, and does not flake.

Just a girl with natural curly hair. I am loving this product. Does NOT way down my curls. 2nd day quick spritz and still working. Curls are bouncy. Did not have to apply lots of product. Price is excellent. Smells nice. Will buy again. Con- package arrived with cracked top so it will not seal.

I have fine, wavy hair (2b). I like the gel, it works pretty nicely. I use mousse first then gel. It has medium hold and doesn’t make my hair feel crunchy or dry. My hair feels soft. There’s still a little frizz though, and I feel like it weighs down my hair a little bit because my waves don’t seem as wavy, and they feel a little limp. Overall- 4/5 because I wanted the waves to be more defined with a stronger hold.

I used this for the first time and let me say my curls are popping! They feel hydrated and soft and very defined. And they lasted all day long without frizz!

Boy do I wish I could find the right products for my curly hair. This is a good product, but I cannot get the correct recipe for my curls to last all day. This smells great and it is not too sticky.

I’ve been using this for at least a year and have found that my 2a type hair does well with it. I’ve tried stronger gels like the Aussie freeze have found they weigh my waves down. To refresh I put some in a spray bottle and spray and scrunch my hair before work.

First, this product smells incredible! It provides a great hold for my curls without weighing them down. I have low to medium density hair that can get heavy easily, but this keeps my curls light and bouncy. It does leave a bit of a crunch, which you just need to scrunch out. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth giving a try!

I’ve really enjoyed using the Umberto Giannini Curl Jelly Scrunch. It gives my curls great definition and bounce without leaving them crunchy, which is always a win. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it can be a little tricky to apply evenly—if I use too much in one spot, my curls feel slightly sticky. Once I figured out the right amount, though, it worked beautifully. Overall, it’s a fantastic product for anyone wanting frizz control and defined curls without stiffness.

So happy to find this on Amazon. Arrived in a good package, no leaks. Its a wonderful curl product for folks looking for a soft hold gel. I love the non-sticky texture and find it an effective gel esp on refresh days.
