This is the best hair gel I have ever used. I have tried many gels, and this one by far is the best. It gives a great cast to your hair to scrunch out. This follows the curly girl method, and I can wait to wash my curly hair several days with this in it. The smell is not too strong, and does not flake.

This has been great for my curly hair. It really holds my curls all day and keeps them defined without making them feel weighed down. A little product goes a long way — I definitely learned that the hard way. If I use too much, my hair can feel crunchy. But once I figured out the right amount, it’s been perfect. It gives me definition and hold while still letting my curls look natural. Now I use it daily to scrunch my hair, and it’s become a staple in my routine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that keeps curls in place all day!

I’ve really enjoyed using the Umberto Giannini Curl Jelly Scrunch. It gives my curls great definition and bounce without leaving them crunchy, which is always a win. The formula feels lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down, and I love that it adds a nice shine too. The scent is fresh and not overpowering, which makes it pleasant to use regularly. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that it can be a little tricky to apply evenly—if I use too much in one spot, my curls feel slightly sticky. Once I figured out the right amount, though, it worked beautifully. Overall, it’s a fantastic product for anyone wanting frizz control and defined curls without stiffness.

Love how lightweight it is makes my curls super soft and defined. Pretty reasonable price. Also the scent is really pleasant and mild.

I love the scent, but I'm disappointed with the effectiveness of the product especially considering the value for the price. I used on a Disneyland trip which is the ultimate humidity test for me. I used as directed, on dry hair after my usual curly routine. My hair looked good at first. Shiny, voluminous, and Frizz-free. However, at the end of the night, it was a bit frizzy and curls were not as defined. Perhaps I needed more product, but there are better options for hold, definition, volume, shine etc. My quest for humidity proof hair continues.

I’ve only used these products a couple times but omg they’re amazing!! The curl jelly deserves all the hype and I genuinely don’t understand how more people aren’t talking about the foam. I love that the foam contains protein (which my hair loves); I feel like that’s hard to find especially at a drugstore price. I layered the foam under the gel and got decent hold but I may switch it up and do gel then foam. I usually opt for a super hard hold gel but I live in a dry climate so I appreciate having something a little more moisturizing without losing too much hold. I usually like a more texturized feel but I do enjoy how soft these leave my hair, especially during the winter.

I used this for the first time and let me say my curls are popping! They feel hydrated and soft and very defined. And they lasted all day long without frizz!
