Missing piece
Received package and after a few days I realized I was shorted 1 document protector. The item was a pack of 10, I only received 9. Otherwise, product seems to be good quality

Not actual dimensions
Stated dimensions of the envelopes are 11 x 14 inches. Actual dimensions are 12 x 14 3/8 inches, and they won't fit my application. I am tired of returning purchases that sellers have described inaccurately. I wish I could charge Gaylord for the time they are wasting.
