I have this heat press and can't say anything bad about it. I love the swing away instead of the clam shell. I've not tried the other attachments but I may some day. I've had it since 2018. It does take a couple minutes to heat up but other than that, just follow instructions on how to use it. I always unplug it when not in use.. It's heavy !! So find a good spot on a good stand for it. The timer and heat settings are easy to use. I give it 5 stars because of the durability and the price.

I love my heat press it does it's job well, and very easy to use. I know I read several comments of the press breaking. In which mine did. I am sure that it was my error as I was trying to press something with lots of pressure. I contacted the Zenny Us company asking if I could purchase a replacement part because i truly love my press. I was very upset that I broke it. With a couple of emails and pictures of broken piece, and order number. I was super excited when they sent me the replacement piece free of charge. The replacement piece took less than a week to get to me.

I bought this whole product for a fair price to learn how to make my own shirts hats and glasses. I have to say I love it. Not only does it heat vinyl, on all sorts of assortments but it also transfers laser and inkjet pictures. It was kind of difficult to understand for a little while but I finally got the hang of it. Thanks to google and how to use the product. I make all sorts of things from my wants to my my grandchildren wants. I just want to say I would buy this product again. If anyone wants a good deal and want different sayings from your business to your house I would recommend buy a bundle package from this company. It heats all sorts of sayings in different ways..... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

So far, so good? This has worked quite well for our hobby craft business. We purchased a infrared thermometer and discovered the temperature isn't as high as stated but it wasn't enough of a deal breaker to pack it up and return it. We just put the temperature higher and regularly check the actual temperature with the thermometer. I LOVE the swing-away design! I feel less likely to burn myself. I also like that the bottom platen slides forward giving you more room to place your garments. We've only tried one mug press and we've had good results with that and put HTV on a stainless steel tumbler even though it's intended for sublimation. Haven't tried the plate or cap press yet. Some people have complained that the handle is flimsy. We haven't had any issues yet. The pressure is easy to adjust and we've had no issues with manipulating settings like temperature and time. Ours also came with an instruction manual that did have these details. As far as size, I find the 12"x15" to be a great size. Not overly big to require an excessive amount of storage space, but large enough to apply most decals in a single press.

I purchased this heat press as a size upgrade to the one I had back in October 2017 I had great luck with it until the heat platen started catching on the arm of the machine. I was in a panic, as my return window was expired and I was having difficulty figuring out how to contact the company. I worried it was a lost cause, but once support helped me with a link to contact them, they had a technician review my problem and promptly shipped a replacement handle that they feel was the issue. Even though my return window has passed, they did not charge me for this part and assured me that they would work with me of this does not resolve the issue. I am very pleased with their customer service and backing their product. The equipment is very easy to use, set up is easy- you can find tutorials on Youtube if the manual is difficult to understand. The sliding bottom platen makes my job so easy. It is an great heat press for the price. This, combined with their willingness to fix any issues, I highly recommend this product to those who are hobbyists and just starting their small business.

The base broke in half.

This heat press 5 in 1 full swing 360° can't be beat! It's the cheapest I've found and you DON'T get what you pay for. This product holds its own against the competition! Don't be scared thinking because it's cheaper it's cheaply made. That isn't the case at all! And here's the best part, the customer service is amazing! When I got it I could NOT for the life of me get the stabilizing foot in and I contacted the customer service team and they were more than helpful and even compensated me for the inconvience! I def reccomend this heat press!

I am loving this heat press. I had a smaller similar model that got the job done, but required multiple pressings on larger items. The ZENY heats up quickly and presses efficiently. I like that I can easily adjust the pressure, and the Teflon covered platen makes pressing items a breeze! It is easy to switch out the attachments, although so far I have only used the cap press. I have no complaints after pressing many shirts--especially compared to my previous heat press. Don't be afraid to buy it, just make sure you have it on degrees F (for those of us in the US) and use the proper temperature for the vinyl you are pressing. The directions are in the owner's manual.
