oh memories! i loved watching each and every episode from each series over the years it always reminds me of what kind of career i wanted to persue in my younger years lots of action and laughs loads of freinds and commitment to a proffesion two of the most unlikley people to work together one by the book and logical the other by gut instinct and hairbrained ideas but both cancelled each other out to make a real team i hope that series 5 and 6 are not long in arriving so they can join my collection and give me more great viewing. after all who would not want one of the greatest jobs in the world riding the most advanced motorcycles in fantastic sunshine and being paid for it. packaging was up to scratch and secure had to wait three months for it to arrive but believe me was worth the wait and it still got to me one week before estimated so i shall watch again and again while mary 3/4 chase the crooks and keep the freeways safe. thanks again.

This is the fourth season of the great series. Each episode has Jon and Ponch patrolling their beat on their motorcycles and catching the bad guys when they break the law. They even become teachers to the first female motorcycle officers the history of the CHP. They work as a team to get the bad guys and keep the streets safe for the people of LA. They even help out when they are not on duty with those who need extra attention and help.

Another great dvd set of my hands down favorite tv show as a kid. Cant wait to complete with the final 2. Not much to write home about as far as any extras ( There are none) but the packaging artwork is pretty retro cool. Its got 5 disc inside flip over trays and a small episode guide insert. As far as Season 4 itself there are a number of stand out moments notably the infamous Karate episode where Baricza unholsters his gun on Danny Bonaduce.

LA, 15-7 Mary 3 and 4 are in pursuit of CHiP's Season 4! We are southbound the 405 at Wilshire at a high rate of speed! Requesting a back up and an air unit! CHiP's season 4 does not disappoint! Video quality was really good and audio is good as well. I only wish the menus on the DVD's were a little bit better with more effort put into them. No special features is also disappointing. Other than that, glad to have season 4 on dvd. 10-4 LA!

Could have been packaged better for shipping. This is how mine came in the bag it was shipped in. Otherwise am pleased with the item and seller. Just recieved so havent watched yet hopefully seems this is the only season I bought used it will play properly.

Can never go wrong. Even as the series went along, Jon left, newbies came in, it still rocked!!! Great stories and great fun. Go California Highway Patrol!!! Aloha~~~

Etat du coffret, correct sans plus, pour de l'occasion Sinon c'est du Chips dans la plus pure tradition (si vous ne connaissez pas, vous pouvez lire mon avis sur la saison 1). Cette édition DVD comporte l'anglais, et une langue asiatique, et des sous-titrages en français, pas de VF disponible (perso les séries 80's en anglais j'aime bien, surtout que l'intrigue est rarement complexe). Des rumeurs font état que les VF sont difficiles à obtenir après le saison 1 pour des raisons obscures de droits... La seule information en ma possession est qu'effectivement les saisons postérieures sont difficiles à trouver en VF intégrale, et très chères quand on les trouve....

Nach 8 langen Jahren des Wartens (seit Veröffentlichung von Staffel 2) gibt es nun endlich (leider nur auf Englisch) die vierte Staffel zu kaufen, auch von Deutschland aus und ohne Kreditkarte über Amazon.com. Lieferzeit betrug etwas mehr als 2 Wochen, da die Box direkt aus den USA kam, der Versand war jedoch mit 3€ nicht überteuert. Es handelt sich um einen Pappschuber mit einer 5-fach DVD Hülle, die DVD's sind jedoch nicht wie bei der 2 Staffel doppelseitig, sondern ganz normal einseitig. Die DVD's haben allerdings eine "Regionbegrenzung", sie haben den Regioncode 1 (USA, Kanada), was man vor dem Kauf beachten sollte. Mein alter DVD Player (Baujahr 2006) spielt es ohne Probleme ab, am PC wird es jedoch schon heikel, man kann wohl manche DVD Laufwerke auf Region 1 umstellen, allerdings nur 5 Mal, danach bleibt die Ländereinstellung bestehen, die zuletzt gewählt wurde. Alles in Allem muss ich sagen, schnelle Lieferung (dafür dass es aus den USA kam), wertiges Produkt (Pappschuber und einseitige DVD's) und das unbezahlbare Gefühl, wieder mitten in seiner Kindheit in den 80ern zu stecken.

昔深夜放送していたころにビデオ録画したものをDVDにダビングして画質のあまり良くないものを観ていました。 「日本語字幕、吹き替えあり」のレビューを見て即買いしました。 本当に田中さん、古川さんの吹き替えでジョンとパンチの軽妙なやり取りが楽しめます。 コンプリートボックス版の1/4の価格でこれが楽しめるのですから感謝感激です。 ファンは必買いです。 ぜひファースト、セカンドシーズンも日本語対応バージョンに切り替えてほしいです。
