Love it! Very sharp, i use it in between my regular cleaning appointments to scale my lower anteriors when i feel the calculus building up supra gingival. Its easy to use it you know what you are doing, otherwise you may hurt your gums because of how sharp it is. I still recommend going to see you hygienist for regular cleanings and checkups.

I love this scaler. It has very good work surfaces and a wonderful handle. The work surfaces aren’t too sharp and the curve it perfect. Other scalers I’ve tried surfaces that are ground for cutting rather than chipping off scale which can easily it your gums if you get overzealous while using them. The Montana Jack R138 is just right and copies are simply bad.

Dental office quality, very sharp. I used to have one similar to this and lost it, glad to have a sharp scaler to help keep teeth clean between dental cleaning visits.
