A year or 2 ago I was recommended this product from a family member and I am very grateful she did. After years of heavy deadlifting and squats my knees started to feel achy and have sharp pains. I started taking this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and after a week started to notice that my knees just felt better. I could go to the gym and do the workouts that I loved to do with no pain! Whenever I stop taking this, I do notice the aches and pains start coming back. I’ve bought like 7-8 bottles of this which is like $120 so $60 a year for better pain free knees is worth it to me! Upsides -Fast -Effective -Affordable -Actually see results within a week -Easy on the stomach -Might be an HSA eligible product Only downsides: -Tatse like cough syrup -You have to keep taking it -Has Vitamin D in it which is nice, but taking it on an empty stomach will not allow your body to absorb it (you need fat to absorb Vitamin D)

I have been using this product for numerous-numerous-numerous years now (since early 2000's). It is VERY HELPFUL for both joint and bone health comfort (when I don't take it - I can feel a difference in my shoulders and knees). Since it comes in a liquid form - it is easier to swallow and the flavor is good. I will continue to purchase this product as long as Nature's Way continues to make it.

This has been amazing for the past year. I’ve had far fewer knee flair ups! The past two bottles the flavor has seemed off, almost a burnt taste. Wondering if anyone else had noticed this? The new taste is so awful I had to cancel my order.

I’ve dealt with knee and leg pain from years of competitive cheerleading. I tumbled most of my life, and now at 39 it’s definitely catching up to me. I decided to give this product a try, and within two days of taking it, I started noticing relief. That alone impressed me. I won’t sugarcoat it, the taste is pretty bad. It has a thick, syrupy consistency, and I have to plug my nose and chase it with a flavored drink to get it down. It also contains Vitamin D3, so I highly recommend taking it with food. If I take it on an empty stomach, I feel very nauseous. Despite the taste, the relief it gives me is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be repurchasing and I’m so glad I found this product.

The taste just wasn’t there for me. I did not notice any significant change in how I felt. The ingredients looked good. It just wasn’t something I’ll keep taking.

In case you saw my previous review, please note that I reviewed the wrong product! The Joint Movement Glucosamine is a very good product. It seems to help with my joint pain and movement. It is a liquid that is easy to swallow, tastes good, and only takes one dose (2 tablespoons) per day.

I have been using this products for many years. I ordered 5 bottles from Amazon. This time I was disappointed. Even though the expiry date is October 2026, but it tastes very bitter and sweet and the colour is very dark. This time made me wonder if I should trust Amazon in the future.

The liquid glucosamine, along with Chondroitin and MSM is good for joints; however, the Chondroitin is not made from vegetarian source(s). The main Amazon site says the Chondroitin in it is from beef and pork. The seller should not say it is a vegetarian product.
