To all who wants to buy this product it's just awesome does the perfect job specially now Carpets are so dust free its easy maintenance good suction power and easy to store & use i loved it, its silent in the normal mode but in carpet moods its bit loud but sucks all the dust out of your carpet 80% it does it dust free this is my personal experience after using it.

In UAE, it comes with 2 years manufacturer warranty and 1 year from Amazon which give peace of mind for parts like motor. The cons side is Vacuum part longevity. I have used PHILIPS PowerPro 4 before and its motor lasts for about 4.5 years for me with daily use. I have seen other vacuums which last for at least 10 years. Vacuum flexible host clips break after 2 years of use and I was just using it with duct tape fixes. But overall, I am happy with the product.

I tried it the moment i received it. It cleans very well and i was surprised how well it can clean carpets, furniture and the floor. It has options to change the suction power for each type of usage. Cleaning it is also super easy. Definitely reliable

It works great, but this is the second time I've bought it within the last two years. Basically, it breaks down within 11-ish months (not even a year), both times. But great for daily use when it is working in between that 11 month span.
