This little diffuser is so pretty. It sounds delicate as the water drips from up top. The wood base is sturdy. If it was bigger, I'd like it even more. It does come with the brick and cord now. The different lights are a nice touch. I use it in my bathroom & it puts out plenty of scent. Would purchase again.

This glass diffuser absolutely gorgeous! The glass cover with the changing colors is way prettier than plastic diffusers. It puts out a fine, consistent mist that fills the room with aroma quickly (I use it with plant therapy organic oils), and it's super quiet – no annoying bubbling sounds. The 80mL tank lasts several hours on continuous mode, and the auto shut-off is reliable. Easy to fill and clean (just rinse the glass), and the wood base feels premium. Great value for such a stylish, effective little humidifier. Highly recommend!

I'm now on my 2nd failed unit (Feb 2025). This time I paid extra for Asurion's insurance. The unit is over 30 days past the return window and Asurion was giving me the runaround...they emailed me instructions to contact the seller which did nothing but send me to an Amazon chatbot. After a 45 minute chat, Asurion emailed me an Amazon gift card. Unit 2 worked daily for nearly 3 months. Again, i only used distilled water and weekly cleaning per the instructions. Now, like Unit 1, it turns on for a few second and then shuts off. I'm super disappointed because I had recommended it to many people. Now I feel bad I made them buy junk. 1st purchase (2023): Update: stopped working in January 2025. Took it apart. Despite immaculate care, oil clearly leaked into the motherboard. Was not able to fix it. I ran it almost every night since purchase (14 months). I only used distilled water and 5 drops of lavender oil. I even took it on a trip and it was still working fine. It got louder over time, and if you live in a quiet area you will definitely hear it from across the room. I sleep with earplugs, so it doesn't bother me. I was very surprised so many people had problems with it, until it happened to mine. Maybe the manufacturer had a few lemons?

This is a great, small diffuser that is quite powerful for the size. It is incredibly easy to clean, as well as durable. My ONLY issue with it is that it lacks some important features. For example, there is no intermittent setting. Studies have shown that it is better for the olfactory system to have a break when diffusing oil. Also important to me is the ability to adjust the strength of the mist, which is also nonexistent on this device. In my opinion, these settings should be included for the price paid. Furthermore, a power brick could have been included as a buyer courtesy. Although this diffuser is very nice, a few things would have made it so much better. UPDATE: Despite minor flaws, I really grew to love this diffuser over the months that I had it. However, I started having problems with the cord connection. The device would not turn on unless I had the cord connection seated "just so". This continued for weeks, until one day the diffuser became quite warm while running, presumably overheating. I contacted the seller to see if there was a warranty. They were very concerned about the problem, and worked to make things write. I have ordered a replacement that will arrive soon. I miss my little device.

This is a beautiful unit. Smaller then you are lead to believe but.. all glass! I needed this for a work project so I paid for next day shipping. I opened it up and there was a water ring inside which was shocking but I was willing to overlook that as I had a time frame. I set it up and .. it barley trickles any amount of cool air so.. worthless! I imagine that is why it was returned and Amazon just shipped it out. I have contacted the company so we shall see but very disappointing and I will not be able to complete my project deadline. So money lost all the way around🤬🤬 **** update: Amazon sold me a used diffuser however the vendor was so upset by this they were very kind and refunded me the money for this. 👍 VENDOR- 👎AMAZON! So, this vendor is wonderful to work with and the product is lovely UODATE #3- this is a lovely glass defusing unit, however as I have used it I realized that this works actually to well and is empty in less then 45 minutes. So this uses up your essential oils very quickly. At this point I have just given up on finding something of quality and value for this type of diffuser. The company would like for me to purchase a bigger model with a “ strong discount” ( which is - 10.00 coupon that is applied at purchase and was told they would send me the newer bigger model hoping I would not write a bad review ) and I’m just not willing to go through the headache of it all I have had to spend to much time as it is correcting this situation to spend that much money again with a “ strong discount”

I have three of the plug-in glass diffusers. I use them primarily as humidifiers around some of my fussy houseplants. They are so lovely to look at, they make me happy. I do have to refill them a few times each day, as they are small, but I dont mind; I think they run for about 2-3 hours on a refill of water and then shut off automatically. I have limited space so I'm happy with a smaller diffuser, and I love that they are glass and not plastic. Two of the three diffusers make funny sounds when I first start them, like the motor is winding up, but then it subsides within a minute or so. I hope these last for a very long time. I had to reach out to customer service about a mistake that Amazon made on their behalf, and I was so pleased with the prompt & friendly correspondence from AROMA and the quick, professional remedy. Very impressed. I'll do business with AROMA again. Thank you!

This works very well and looks so nice sitting on the desk. It is not big and bulky and blends into any room decor.

Ordered 2 diffusers but only one works. It looks good but I’m really disappointed that I now have to go through the hassle of contacting the supplier and sorting out a replacement. I was planning to order more, but I’m not so sure anymore.”

I am very pleased with this diffuser. I bought it for my husband as he has lung cancer and needs the help of the essential oils being diffused at night. It is very easy to use and I like the glass bowl.

So far so good. We’ve had it about a week or so and are loving it. It’s small and beautiful. Perfect for our cottage.

I do like this diffuser very much. My mom ordered me one and it still works great but I ordered a second one a few months ago and it just stopped working. I turn it on and it turns off in two seconds. Not so sure about the quality unless this is just a one off. Otherwise, I really do love the diffuser. Just disappointed I’ve lost out on what I paid for this diffuser that has conked out after a few months & it’s too late for a return/refund 😕
