Yes, but you will only see the benefit when you have discharged the battery below about 65%. Above that level, like all batteries the unit accepts less and less power as it becomes more fully charged. I've gotten 140W charging via 2 solar panels, but again depends how often you're discharging it most of the way.

Most full size refrigerators will have peak usage spikes above what the Jacket 500 can sustain. The Jackery 1000 can support a full size fridge, and also comes with 2 solar panels.
