Computer is great, technical support abysmal!
The computer is fast, touchscreen is fun and I love it. This one replaces a similar one that was ten years old. Much has changed in that time! Ran into an easy little problem with a pdf that I couldn’t figure out. After trying several of my “old methods” that were unsuccessful I called technical support. Now, we have all had our problems with outsourced support over the years but never have I been treated in such a rude and condescending attitude as happened this morning. Robotic, repetitive phrases repeated over and over. No understanding of the question I was asking. Was told that the problem was my printer, which had nothing to do with the difficulty. Over and over. So frustrating. Not happy being treated that was after spending some bucks on my third Dell. One person refused to give her name and said she didn’t have a supervisor. Second person couldn’t find his supervisor. Third person taught me how to do what I needed to in about 2 minutes. Sorry for the rant, they made me so angry. If I live long enough to need another computer it will NOT be Dell. They should take a lesson from Amazon. I have spoken to many of their outsourced agents and had few, and minimal, problems.

Easy set up and great computer for money.
I like that the camera is hidden until needed. The keyboard and mouse are fine and work well. The screen is a good size for my desk. My only issue is that it does not come set up for remote desktop. I figured out how to do that update but it did cost me time (I HAD to call support to finish that set up) and money for the upgrade.

My first all in one Desktop (Love it) - Patelg
1). screen is so sharp 2). Keyboard, mouse matches the computer overall color scheme so nicely 3). the fan is nice and quite 4). Touch screen works great too. 5). speakers are perfectly fine too 6). doesn't take much room and setup is so easy. no need to assemble anything... 7). the computer has Hard drive for OS + for data - awesome Key reminders: Mouse: Open the mouse top cover to get the wireless/USB adapter - plug that into USB port (back of your computer screen), ensure you turn the mouse on - key is on bottom of the mouse Keyboard: Ensure you turn the keyboard on (right hand side - there is a small notch) DELL - THANK YOU so much. great computer

Good kitchen computer with very nice display
Nice all in one computer with large display that works really well in a counter space where you don't have a place you can run cables for a desktop or put a docking station for a laptop. Only complaints are that the wireless keyboard uses up batteries quickly and all the USB ports are on the back, so we bought a USB extender so we can access them without having to move the computer. It also has a pop-up camera that makes it bigger than will fit underneath our kitchen cabinet, so we have to pull it out for any video calls. Lots of hard disk space, so you can back up lots of pictures and videos. Plenty of memory to handle lots of windows and large files.

Almost 5 stars
I bought this AIO as a replacement for my - excellent - Sony Vaio AIO and had high expectations. The good first: The screen, the sound, the design are all very good. I use it as an external screen when working from home, and that works super easy by pushing a tiny button (OK, that button could be a little bigger...) at the bottom of the screen to toggle between the two operation modes. Now to the bad: Soon after purchasing, I was practically forced into an upgrade from Windows 10 home (default install) to Windows 11. That's when all hell (also known as Blue Screen of Death) broke loose. It's fair to say that this machine does not like Win 11 and it took me a few hours to restore Win 10 home and revert back. My recommendation: try to ignore and avoid the upgrade. The other minor negative: the screen is a bit top heavy (naturally) and tends to tilt forward, sometimes with barely touching it. A tighter mechanism at the joint between legs and screen housing would have been better. Overall, I'm still pretty happy with my purchase. Update 5/29/2024: I believe that the problem leading to the Blue Screen of Death is related to the weak graphics card/setup as I noticed that it appears only on graph-intensive websites or video games. This is definitely not a gaming computer, but works perfectly well for all other tasks, including video streaming.

Perfect for my pc needs.
I’m an online university student, casual pc gamer, and general internet surfer, so I spend quite a bit of time on a pc. I love Dell’s inspirion series. I have an older gen touch screen inspirion laptop, but I had been after a desktop for quite some time and settled on this. It’s been a few months since my purchase, I have had no problems with the pc itself. However, the mouse and keyboard are really cheap and I plan to replace them. My keyboard will wonk out occasionally when i type and repeat letters. Will update if needed.

Wowzer, Fast and Beautiful
Right out of the box the All In One was easy to set up. So have your password list at the ready when adding apps. The Dell was seamless in opening multiple pages making for quick work to complete tasks. Beautiful screen, nice looks, consider this one.

The caplock and the number lock light goes off to fast. No way to tell if it is still on or off.
