Bought as a Christmas gift for my FIL he absolutely loves them! We cooked a steak dinner on them and it was so tasty! Definitely recommend just doing a little research on the just so you know how to heat and clean but overall really easy to use and clean! But very heavy on the box lol

We tried tempering our new salt block for the first time following the instructions exactly, but it cracked shortly after reaching ~300 degrees. This is a 100% natural product, so each one is unique and may have imperfections - i.e. this can happen occasionally. I contacted UMAID customer service the next day and they were awesome. We had a new salt block on our doorstep within a few days, with no further questions asked. And we love the product - everyone in the family has fun around the dinner table when we use it.

Great value for money. Works great

I got this for my husband as a Father's Day gift. It arrived nicely packaged. Easy to use and the steak and shrimp cooked nicely on the block with really good flavor. We're looking forward to chilling it to use as a charcuterie board. The block doesn't fit in the rack as other reviews mentioned. We used a oven sheet and that worked well. Two corners broke off when we removed the block during the oven preheating process. Just disappointed that it broke already and rack didn't fit, especially since it was a gift. It's past the return date to request a replacement.

Unlike my pizza stone, this slab is so easy to clean and gives a great flavor to almost everything! I think you will love it!

Honestly, I really liked this salt block. I used it on the grill and it gave the meat a totally different flavor, kind of smoky with a natural salty touch. I also tried it chilled to serve cheese and it looked super fancy on the table. It’s heavy and feels solid, and the steel tray makes it easy to handle. Honestly, I thought it was more of a gimmick at first, but it surprised me… now I pull it out every time I have guests.

Going to order another one love it

The shipping box had split open during delivery and was taped back together. The product box was damaged. The interior product packaging had suspicious liquid marks on it. The metal holder the salt block sits in has rust on it and is very poorly made. The item is non-returnable and non-refundable. I only gave it one star, because a star rating is required. Extremely disappointed and actually grossed out.
