Absolutely superb piece of kit. Cuts cheese like no other kitchen apparatus. I am extatic. Just sliced through 5k of cheddar cheese for sandwiches...yes I am feeding the five thousand.. and it's still as slick as the first slice

it can be a bit hard to pull through cheese depending on how firm / hard the cheese is and the handle could do with being a tad longer and thicker and not so smooth so as to give a better grip when pulling through hard cheese also the wire isn't quite as sharp as i hoped however it does work very well and you can easily adjust the gap between the roller and the wire to give the thickness you desire so all in all im very happy with it and definitely recommend
