I work from home and these headphones are perfect, they connect with teams, they have double USB and C connection, the audio is clear, you can control volume up and down, they are wired, they are not 100% noise canceling but they work perfectly fine for those work from home jobs

One of the best headsets I've owned. Sound quality and microphone are top notch. Wish I had a clip for the cord, I often hit the buttons by mistake. Wish it were wireless, but haven't had luck with those. These are no nonsense, easy to put on quickly.

Best for using for MS TEAM
I bought this for using with MS TEAM at work. All I did just plug it into a USB port and it works, no need to install any other software. Sound quality is very awesomely clear. It has volume button and mute button at the wire so that you don’t need to click on the screen. I highly recommend it.

I use them every day for my new at home job, and they are very clear in sound. The Mic got a little floppy within a month, so that is a bummer. The sound quality is excellent.

Decent headset with good mic quality, broke after 5 months with poor customer service
This headset was decent. Audio quality was decent. No noise cancellation but I didn't have too much of an issue with that. Microphone quality was pretty good with my coworkers saying they couldn't hear any background noise from my end even when I was in a loud coffee shop or near some noisy construction. The mute button functionality is pretty finicky -- sometimes it works and sometimes it breaks entirely. Using with a Macbook Pro M1 + Zoom. However, after 5 months the headset broke with it randomly disconnecting from my computer. I called customer service and after going through some reasonable troubleshooting steps, they agreed to send me a replacement. After receiving an initial email confirmation, I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks. I reached out again and they informed me that the product was on backorder with no ETA and refused to send me a replacement one from Amazon or offer me a refund. Since it was otherwise a good headset, I was willing to give the replacement another try, but the poor customer service is forcing me to buy a different headset since I rely on a good one for work.
