They look quartz, but they are not. Compared to the ones with the PL, they gave me the wrong readings.

I needed a pair of fluorescence cuvettes for a recent experiment, and these performed perfectly with my Ultrospec 7000PC spectrophotometer. For those who don't know - fluorescence measurements are typically done at right angles to the incident light - so the cuvettes require four polished sides as opposed to the standard two. Quartz is important of UV transmission. These worked great - and at this price point I'll be buying another pair (or maybe two!).

A good quality quartz cuvettes come with a cap for protection. It’s comparable in quality and performance with the known brands. It’s perfect for UV fluorescence readings that need high quality, super clear, and non reflective material. Highly recommended!
